Opus Energy, an energy supplier for UK SMEs and corporate enterprises, has hired Bottle to lead its external comms programme.

The brief will target the SME market, with Bottle promoting Opus' energy offer to start-ups, entrepreneurs and more established SMEs across a range of subjects.

Bottle will also support Opus as it continues to offer advice to businesses around issues such as Brexit, productivity and access to finance.

The account will be led by Holly Tyzack, head of editorial at Bottle.

Tyzack said: "Opus Energy is a leading name in the energy sector and we are delighted to be working with such an informed and developed brand. Its owned channels, such as the brilliant Opus Energy Gift website gives us an established platform to build on and comment on pressing issues affecting businesses today.
